spacious room convenient location nearby attractions attentive staff
the hotel's proximity to various restaurants and shops made exploring very easy. i could quickly return to my room after sightseeing it was a definite plus. the staff were attentive and responded quickly to my inquiries.
the breakfast buffet selection could have been better stocked items were occasionally depleted and not promptly refilled it required some waiting.

The staff was so friendly. Kaya in the bar was really good. She knew SO much about scotch. The bed was AMAZING!!! I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It was cozy and comfortable.

a decent experience
central location tasty options friendly staff cramped room steep bar prices weak wifi
the location rocked, it was super central! the breakfast included loads of tasty options, i tried the full scottish breakfast, it was spot on. i loved how friendly the staff were, always up for a chat and super helpful with directions. the building itself had a really cool, historic vibe, it felt special.
my room felt a little cramped, it would be nice more space for my luggage! the bar prices, they felt a bit steep, i ended up going elsewhere for drinks. i had some trouble with the wifi signal in my room, a stronger connection would be awesome!
